Why Do All Parties Need To Be Present?
Glad you asked! There are multiple reasons. The first one is for legality reasons. We legally can only work for the owner of the property, so if there are multiple owners then we need everyone there. Secondly, for most jobs, there are decision on finish styles, colors and materials. While most of these can be easy decision, they can change the cost of the project drastically. Having all parties at the meeting can cut down on back and forth and we're able to answer questions. Finally, it helps us deliver cost savings to you. By getting everything agreed on in one meeting it saves us time from driving out to your home multiple times. Because of this savings in time and gas we're able to offer very (VERY) competitive rates.

Yes! Many kitchens can be financed for as low as $199 a month or if you prefer we have many zero payment options until 2026.
